Week 6
My goal is to not use as much I’s, like Ava said.
“Haha!”, outside of the house on the porch four people sat down drinking wine and bread not knowing that their chiefs were planning.
The three lobsters worked, cooking pots full of stew and delicious soups. They had waited for this exact moment so they could leave this prison. Because they were cooking stew a lot of steam and smoke had to be let out so the people opened the window just a crack but small enough to let the lobster out. When the people were distracted they grabbed some fabric hanging near the door, it was checkered red and white. The first lobster climbed up onto the window sill and chucked it out of the window. While the first lobster climbed down the other two were holding the fabric so it wouldn’t fall.
The laughing was loud now. “He, and the other day…”, but the third one was finally done and then they fled. They sprinted down the alleyway trying to find the scent of their home. One of the lobster gestured to the others. “I think it’s this way”, it squeaked. So they ran until they saw it. The beautiful ocean, stars and the moon glinted off it and the lobster screamed with happiness. “We’re home!”, they yelled in unison. And sprinted across the sands into the cool water.
